Corporate Profile
PDE Provider is the result of an entrepreneurial project and a childhood dream of Alan Fata. Alan initially started his career in banking in the United States, then moved to Bahrain, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates consecutively, counting more than 13 years of banking experience. He holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Jean Moulin University, Lyon III in France.
Alan brings ample amount of experience in corporate governance, investor relations, court order compliance, portfolio management, financial analysis, credit analysis, and organizational development. PDE Provider is established having the stakeholders’ satisfaction and happiness its main objective, hence the mission statement below.
